I'm going to suggest a possible fuel related problem. It may be the hose between the filter and pump. I have seen it more than once on Ducati, Aprilia and Moto Guzzi. Also, when was the fuel filter last changed. If you go into the tank to check the hoses, then change the filter if it hasn't been serviced recently.

Bike has an intermittent none fire fault when trying to start after a run that is engine will turn over but not fire, this was accompanied at times with reluctant to fire up but would start after a few attempts.
