Thanx Bob ,spacer,pin,bush.and flange for st -3- 4 - 4s all have same part#.
Disc is in same place measurement wise.
Sprocket has to be in the same place and is.
Ive nipped up the axle nut and it appears Tom is correct with 4mm.
I intend to have the inside spacer(not the one which goes aganst the swingarm) made 4mm longer and the collar on this spacer which contacts the inside of the bearing increased the same length, then i am going to make either a collar or 6 individual spacers(for the cush drive pins) of 4mm thickness to fill the gap between the drive hub and the wheel, the drive pins appear to be 25mm so i dont forsee a problem with losing the 4 mm strength wise.
I did measure as best i could the width thru both wheel assemblies and came up with 5mm, so the supplied 5 spoker is either machined or cast that much less for some reason.
I did wonder if perhaps the 5 or 4 mm difference is for the aluminium swingarm, hence my question as to wether or not others have done same swap, will post my measurements at a later date.
any other input please feel free, regards.lee
