[motorcityfreecycle] WANTED: Items for children's sewing class - NW Detroit

 

The elementary school by my house is starting an after school sewing class in January 2011. They are in need of the following items:

Hand sewing needles
Machine needles (sizes 9 - 12)
scissors
thread for hand and machine sewing
straight pins
fabrics
5 working sewing machines
trims

If anyone can assist in these endeavours it would be greatly appreciated. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated.
