Re: [DucatiST] Break Down

G'Day Takka
One hell of a shame, I would be happy to pay for someone to service the 98 ST2 and do a good job on her, I went out yesterday and played around with the voltage meter and here are the results: Straight on the battery without any connections 12.65 and even at idle, next was running at 2&1/2 to 3k RPM it was 14.20v and last was during a good couple of revs we got it to 14v but after all that I put the fairing back on and went to start it, no luck it wouldn't start and this time there was no fuel pump noise kicking in?
I think I would sell it when I get it going, but the trouble is when they go you don't want to get rid of them, this one has done 120.000klm's has a few oil leaks etc but I don't think anything major, you interested in having a fourth st2? hi hi
Anyway cheers for now Takka... Dave..

Hi Dave, pity we aren't closer, I'm in SA up in the Southern Flinders, have 3 ST'2s, 2 98's & a 02 model, 1x 98 with a 180,000km's on the clock, wrench them myself, all very reliable. Cheers Takka.
