1. Are you CERTAIN your battery is good? What voltage do you get when it's cranking over (i.e. under load)? Less than 12V and it could be the culprit. I've had batteries that showed more than 13V at rest but went below 11V when loaded.

2. If battery is OK then it looks as though your regulator/rectifier is on its way out. I'm yet to come across a reliable way of testing these beasties other than putting a new one in and seeing if the problem has gone away. Single phase STs eat Reg/Recs.
