Re: [DucatiST] Re: tank bags

I agree, LP's are the way to go. Well, that is if you can't afford an orchestra in the sidecar. I just hum to myself.

Hey Dennis, my Victrola finally went kaput so I moved from 78's directly to LP's. I found I was over-winding the mainspring. This upgrade is highly recommended! I was surprised at the variety of music available on LP for very low prices (the 78's had become quite expensive).

Now I can ride a lot longer before I have to flip the vinyl. At least I've learned how to do this safely without needing to pull over! Even with the extended playing time I still have to pull over a few times to switch albums between fueling stations because I didn't want to spring for an automatic changer (I wasn't sure how well it would work with all the wind). I never realized what a hassle the 78's were until I upgraded to my current modern system.

If you are not listening to stereophonic music, you don't know what you're missing. I get envious stares from other riders all the time when I'm fueling and they see me changing albums.
