Could be a corroded connector and the motor is fine...put battery power directly to the connector to see if it spins up.

My 2002 has 75,000 kilometers and fan is working well. I suspect the
problem is more lack of use than over use. If it is seized, it might be
worthwhile trying to take it apart and lubing the bearings/bushings. I
don't know if it is possible, but if it is broken anyway, what do you
have to lose?
