We rode France, Switzerland and Italy last summer.
Absolute must assuming you can handle some technical super steep twisters: Passo Stelvio. Got to be among the top 3 rides in the world, ideally ride north west into Switzerland and come back south into Stelvio. If you'd like any more recommendations, hit me offline bg9696@yahoo.com.
